The Compass Circle is a program designed to reward sales professionals for guiding their clients through the full Galley system, not individual products.
Frequently Asked Questions
The Compass Circle is an incentive program that recognizes system-based solutions, not individual product sales.
Participation is available to showroom sales professionals whose company has opted into the program and who have completed Galley Mastery Level I training.
Your eligibility starts once your showroom has opted in and you have completed Galley Mastery Level I to become a Certified Galley Guide.
No. Only projects with invoices dated on or after you become a Certified Galley Guide are eligible for submission.
As a starting point, a qualifying project must include a “complete” Primary Workstation, defined as a 4’ (minimum size) Workstation paired with one Tap or a 5’-7’ Workstation with two Taps.
Completing the system with a Secondary Workstation (WashStation) and/or Specialty Workstation (BarStation or HydroStation) with Tap will increase total rewards.
Compass Circle rewards apply to in-person showroom sales to residential homeowners.
To qualify, the sale must:
- Be completed through a Galley Authorized Showroom that has opted into the Program
- Involve a Certified Galley Guide
- Include active participation in guiding the client to the Galley system
Sales must originate from direct, in-showroom engagement with the residential client.
No. Compass Circle rewards are limited to residential homeowner sales. Multi-unit and commercial project sales are not eligible.
Yes. You may qualify for rewards if:
- The sale is completed through your showroom
- The end customer is a residential homeowner
- You (the Certified Galley Guide) play an active role in guiding the purchase
Sales associated with builders enrolled in Apex or architects and designers registered in Crew are not eligible for Compass Circle rewards.
An active role means you are directly involved in guiding the client through:
- Product selection
- System configuration
- Specifying the appropriate Galley solution
Orders placed without meaningful client engagement or specification guidance do not qualify.
Non-Authorized Kitchen Design showrooms may participate in The Compass Circle if they have opted into the Program. In these cases, the sale must still be completed through a Galley Authorized Showroom.
Each qualifying project is eligible for one reward only. If the purchasing showroom is a participant in The Compass Circle, only that participant may claim the reward.
No. Sales for resale or redistribution are not eligible for Compass Circle rewards.
Sales to Kitchen Design Showrooms may qualify only if the showroom is not a participant in The Compass Circle.
Please note: each qualified sale is eligible for a reward one time only.
A Primary Workstation is the main Workstation in the kitchen and serves as the foundation for qualification.
A Secondary Workstation (WashStation) supports the Primary Workstation by creating a dedicated wash zone.
A Specialty Workstation (BarStation or HydroStation) adds dedicated functionality for entertaining or hydration.
A Hybrid Workstation (Work & Wash) combines both prep and wash functions within a single unit.
Yes. A Hybrid Workstation (6’ or 7’) qualifies as both a Primary + Secondary Workstation when paired with two Galley Taps.
Rewards are based on guiding a client to a complete Galley system:
- Primary Workstation — required starting point, Small (4’) with one Tap or larger (5’-7’) with two Taps
- Secondary Workstation (WashStation) with one Tap
- Specialty Workstation (BarStation or HydroStation) with one Tap
The more complete the ecosystem, the higher the reward—up to $500.
By selling a complete Primary Workstation with two Taps (5’ or larger), and adding both a qualified Secondary Workstation (WashStation) and a Specialty Workstation (BarStation or HydroStation) within the same project.
No. You can add either one to a qualifying Primary Workstation. They’re independent of each other.
Yes. You can specify and sell more than one Specialty Workstation, but only one Specialty Workstation qualifies per project, with a maximum reward of $100.
A qualifying project must include a “complete” Primary Workstation, defined as a Workstation (4’ minimum size) paired with one Tap or two Taps (5’-7’).
