Compass Circle Program Terms & Conditions
These Program Terms and Conditions apply to The Compass Circle Program (the “Program”) by The Galley.
The Compass Circle is provided by The Galley. The Galley is solely responsible for Program operation and may withdraw the Program or change the terms of the Program at any time. The purpose of the Program is to reward showroom sales professionals for guiding clients through complete Galley system configurations. The Program terms may be supplemented with additional terms, conditions, and disclosures.
The Galley reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Those changes will go into effect on the Last Updated Date shown in the revised Terms and Conditions.
This Program is exclusive to showrooms that have opted into The Compass Circle. The Galley encourages participants to review these Terms periodically.
General Information
The Program rewards qualified sales professionals up to $500 per project for specifying complete Galley system configurations.
Rewards are issued based on system configuration and are provided in the form of a digital reward delivered via email after submission review and approval.
These Program terms will control any matter relating to the Program.
Enrollment
Participation in The Compass Circle requires company opt in and Program eligibility.
Sales professionals do not enroll separately but become eligible upon completion of Program requirements.
Eligibility
Sales professionals are eligible to participate when:
- Their company has opted into the Program
- They have completed Galley Mastery Level I training
The Galley reserves the right to determine eligibility and may approve, deny, or revoke participation at its sole discretion.
Qualifying Sales & Participation Requirements
The Compass Circle Program applies exclusively to in-person showroom sales transactions involving residential homeowners.
To qualify for rewards:
- The sale must occur through an Authorized Showroom that is enrolled in The Compass Circle Program
- The transaction must result from direct, in-showroom engagement between the participating sales professional and the residential consumer
- The participating sales professional must have an active role in guiding the purchase process
Transactions involving designers or builders who are not enrolled in the program may qualify, provided the sale is completed through an eligible showroom and all requirements above are met.
Transactions that do not qualify include:
- Multi-unit project sales
- Sales for resale or redistribution
- Sales to Kitchen Design Showrooms may qualify only if the showroom is not a participant in The Compass Circle.
- Sales where the participating sales professional did not have a direct and active role in guiding the purchase
- Sales associated with builders enrolled in Apex or architects and designers registered in Crew and not eligible for Program rewards.
Rewards are intended for sales that include meaningful client engagement and product specification guidance. The Galley reserves the right to deny submissions that do not reflect legitimate design or sales activity.
Sales to non-Authorized Kitchen Design Showrooms that participate in The Compass Circle are not eligible for rewards for the Authorized Showroom fulfilling the order. Each qualifying sale is eligible for one (1) reward only.
Rewards
In order to earn rewards, participants must submit a claim via compasscircle.thegalley.com/submitaclaim and upload a complete, paid invoice showing shipment, pricing, and qualifying products.
Only invoices dated on or after the participant’s eligibility date (completion of training and certification) qualify for reward submission.
Submission Documentation Requirements
Submitted invoices must be complete, unaltered, and clearly show qualifying products, pricing, and shipment.
The following are not accepted:
- Altered or modified invoices
- Packing slips
- Pick tickets
- Order acknowledgements
- Quotes
- Purchase Orders
Claim Submission Timing
Claims must be submitted within 120 days of the invoice date.
Claims submitted beyond 120 days from the invoice date will not be eligible, even if submitted before the Program deadline.
